How long do you plan to keep the car? The 5w-20 Honda brand does cost a
little more, but it is also a very well crafted oil that gets great used oil
analysis according to the folks at bobistheoilguy.com. You could buy a
cheaper oil and save $5-8 an oil change, but could prove to be a real false
economy if you intend to keep the ar for a while.

Oil and filtre at the local Honda dealer here costs $28.88 (plus tax, of
course). Doesn't matter whether you're using 10W30 or 5W20 or anything in

Castrol NA changing their motor oil from mostly PAO (Type IV) to a Type III
base oil, and marketing it as "synthetic".
