DRL light on with weird sound
Hello,
I have a 2001 civic. Sometimes when I start the car, the DRL light stays ON
and there is a weird sound. Not sure where its coming from (sounds like in
the dash). After few minutes of driving the light and the sound are gone.
This does not happen everytime, but randomly. Turning the headlights on
shuts the DRL light and sound. I have searched in google and seems like DRL
relay issue. Is this correct? Any help in how to fix the issue would be
appreciated.

The same thing happened recently with my 2004 Civic, caused by a failing
alternator. And you may want to get the battery checked at the same time.
