No replies from anyone, so I'll chime in...
I've not had to deal with this myself, but I'm told this is usually due to
the "low-cut relay" having failed.
I'm also told that Honda Canada has a TSB out on the problems, but I've
never confirmed that. Your dealer will know.

I've not had to deal with this myself, but I'm told this is usually due to
the "low-cut relay" having failed.
I'm also told that Honda Canada has a TSB out on the problems, but I've
never confirmed that. Your dealer will know.

In US, TSB. Good news: part is free. Bad news: labor isn't. Worse
news: part is not free if you try to get it from Parts.

My collection is not 100% complete, so I might be missing that one.

I'd say yes, but that means going through, probably, the same reams of
data. The only reason I know about it is because it hit my neighbor
and I went in and asked "is there a TSB out on this?" I may have to
hit Fran for the paperwork.
