Not being illuminated is one of our peeves when we got our Accord last year
but after a month, thanks that it not illuminated. You will get so used to
its placement you won't even be thinking which button to push for volume or
channels.

fingers so you don't have to take your eyes off the road (and your hands off
the wheel).
I think if they need to be lit, somebody completely missed the boat.

I think if they need to be lit, somebody completely missed the boat.

I just confirmed that they are not illuminated. I don't believe to be,

by feel, and as everyone notes, not illuminated.
Frankly, I don't like them much in the light, I think the (more
limited) wheel-mounted radio controls on my 1999 Acura CL were far
better ergonomically.
Never touch the friggin' cruise controls on either car.
