For the D16Z6 engine the torque for the bolts holding the rocker arm
assembly is 20 Nm or 14 lb ft. The service manual specifies the sequence
in which to tighten the bolts. I'll send you a scan of the service
manual to the "from" address from you post. If it is a decoy e-mail
