95 Accord won't shift properly when cold

Re: 95 Accord won't shift properly when cold --UPDATE
I had chance to check out the Accord in question today. It appears my first
impression of being concerning about the Okie mechanic was right. The
transmission with "nuttin wrong with it" had dark brown fluid . Going to
have the tranny flushed and see how it goes. It also has a pretty good
sized leak. It occuring on the right hand side of the car, behind the
engine. The black brace was pretty well covered with fluid. I would guess
this is a leaking axel? Anyone know of a good Honda shop in Tulsa?
