94 Civic LX
Just got a 94 civic LX 4-door. Not looking ot build a race car but it
would be fun to get more power. Is a turbo a better option for a daily
driver than an engine swap? Anyone know about VA emissions if you go
the turbo route? Are chips or cold air intakes worth the bother and
expense or would I be better saving up for a turbo, blower, or swap?

Re: 94 Civic LX
Turbos require lowering the compression ratio. Basically an engine rebuild
if you want the engine to last. Your best bet would be a swap. Here's a
link that might help: http://tech.hybridgarage.com/tech/5gtech/index.html
Good Luck!
