Why post? Get it in the shop. If you don't like your dealers work or
answers, then call the Regional Manager. Honda is a real stickler on
customer satisfaction.

I know. Just getting the ammunition before I went in. I just had an issue
with my 2002 Grand Cherokee with the front brakes. Found a TSB for the
issue. When I referenced it by number, they were pretty agreable about
replacing the rotors, pads and calipers on the spot.

Unfortunately, in their infinite wisdom, Honda has decided not to publicly
announce TSBs. I guess not telling anyone and letting the owners guess
involves less work. I think they started this in 2000. I think unless
someone getting sued, chances are you won't see a TSB anytime soon. You
could get lucky at www.alldata.com
They have this on brakes.

great! a how to on re-surfacing rotors! been out since 2000, they
just re-issue it every year. there is actually a tsb directed at the
03 models.
most of the brake problem cars i've seen have one thing in common.
a worn spot on the floor mat where someone has beeen 2 footing it.
