2001 civic air filter
Has anyone replaced their Air Filter (NOT CABIN) on a 2001 Civic?
If so, is there a screw on the air filter cover that requires some
special techniqe to remove? Because when attempting to remove said air
filter cover, there is one screw that won't come out - the threaded
part is spinning around. How does one remove the cover to replace the
filter?
Any help is appreciated.

Re: 2001 civic air filter
Does this screw re-engage upon turning clockwise?
Those screws unscrew but are held (loosely attached) to the
cover by a washer/locknut. You should just need to lift/pry
a little on the cover, and it will raise up and expose the
filter.
Looks like the following, right?
