2001 Accord Remote Starter Installation
Hello all,
I'm currently considering having a remote starter installed on my 2001
Accord LX-G (Automatic). Just wondering if anyone has had this done or
has experienced any problems?
My 1990 Accord had a remote starter and worked great for the 4 years I
had it (no problems).
Any downfalls? Anything I should be aware of (warranties void,
electrical damage, ignition problems) ????
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Re: 2001 Accord Remote Starter Installation
I have it on my 96 accord ex vtec with no problems. The only way an
aftermarket part will void a warranty is if that part caused something to
break or go bad. If installed correctly this shouldn't be problem.

I had a remote start installed on my '01 back in Dec '00, when it was new.
No problems then, since or now.
