1999 civic headlight adjustment

Re: 1999 civic headlight adjustment
I have a 2001 Accord and have noticed, with the hood, up that there is
on the top of the headlight assembly, a double headed arrow with a U
at one end and a D at the other end. On the back of the light
assembly, near the arrow is what appears to be an adjustment screw.
Look carefully for the arrow and letters, it's not obvious.
It appears that you adjust the beam height by adjusting something
inside the light, not the whole light assembly.
