1992 Accord LX leaking
I have a 92 Accord that leaks water through the fire wall "ONLY" when it
rains. Anyone else have this problem? I had it at dealer yesterday replace
third (counting origional) timing belt, they did not have time to look at
but told me to take to a body shop for repairs on windshield leaking. Does
it make sense?

Have a friend water the car with a hose a check it out. Or you could use
clear silicone seal around the windshield.

Is there evidence of rust around the windshield? Are the drain holes
at the bottom corners of the windshield under the hood open?
I agree with the hose and helper idea. Have someone start at the lowest
point and work SLOWLY upward. You stay inside with a flashlight, and
watch what happens. bob

It's _supposed_ to leak out of the firewall (on the engine side) when it
rains. Is it leaking INTO the car? or under the hood? If you have a
sunroof, have you flushed the drain tubes out?

Re: 1992 Accord LX leaking
It was leaking inside the car. I did take clear silicone and fill in the
seal on the bottom of the windshield. After it dried I hit it with the hose,
no leaks. Now I have to wait for rain to see if it stays dry. Thanks for the
help.
