1990 Honda Accord
Dear Friends:
The 1990 Honda accord fan on radiator runs constantly whether the motor is
hot or not and
discharges the battery. What do I need to fix? If I take the battery cable
off I can run the car,
but if I forget it's annoying.
What kind of piece do I ask the parts store to replace?

Remove the fan timer unit or relay, it should stop.

Relay or fan timer unit, probably.

Fan timer unit. However, troubleshooting is always wise.
