will I be able to use the audio controls in the steering wheel of my honda...

...2007 civic if I replace the radio? I have read here that the stock radio in the honda civic can be replaced using a double din dash kit. I wish to install a multimedia unit & my question is, will I be able to use the audio controls in my steering wheel? If so what multimedia branch would you recommend. Thanks
