will a B series motor fit in a 90 civic hatch without no fabrication?

That is a negitive in order to fit a b series engine into a EF model civic (88-91) you will need a motor mount kit from places like Hasport. Or fabricate your own

As stated; as long as you buy an engine mount kit it will fit. Plenty of room for it and no real fabrication is needed at all.
