what's the difference between a '99 honda civic ex and a '99 honda civic ek?

what's the difference between a '99 honda civic ex and a '99 honda civic ek?
i was just wondering because i don't know if parts for an ex would fit on an ek































any idea































anyone?

EK just means it's the hatchback. EX is the coupe/sedan versions. Engine should be both the D16 series in both, I'm not 100% sure on that or not.
