Factory Tires = 185/70/R14I plan to replace the factory rims and tires on my car with new 17" Chrome Rims, But I am not sure exactly what tire size I need to put on the new rims....Does anyone know?

There's a few choices- it's just really up to you. 185 is on your car, but you could go up to about a 225. As far as the heighth- it depends on what you want the quality of your ride to be. If you get 40 series (aka- "lo-pros", "rubber bands")-basically the thinnest ones, your ride will be a little rougher than if you got 45 series tires. A 50 series might fit with 17" tires, but the tires will be close to the fenders.
