what kind of gas does a 1999 honda civic si use?

im thinking about getting a 99 honda civic si with a dohc vtec engine in it and i was wondering what type of gas i would have to pump in it (unleaded, premium , or high test)

Unleaded is fine, but premium would burn a little cleaner, but not much difference.

unleaded is ok premium is better! it should get high 30s low 40s.

Unleaded is actually what everybody pumps at the gas stations.. be it 87 all the way to 94, they're all unleaded fuels. "Pump gas" is where the term derives from. :righton

The motor in your 1999 civic si is a B16 motor and it's recommended you fill her up with premium unleaded fuel.
