So I was doing some reading and from what I understand, HID kits are pretty much not street legal unless they come stock on your vehicle. Is this right or did I misunderstand something?































I was thinking about getting some regular bulbs that will just plug into the light sockets for my 98 Honda Civic to go with the new projectors I am thinking about getting. Are the lights with the sockets called Halogens?































So would adding regular bulbs work or would I need to get an HID kit?
