I just bought a car a 92 Honda Civic with 158,00 for 2600 was that a good deal?

I think it was a good deal. I'm not sure what the blue book value is on it now but, I know that 2 years ago they were still worth $3,000 in good condition. The mileage is still low considering the age, as long as regular maintenance is kept up on it, it will take you to 300,000. Its a Honda. So if everything is in working condition, the body is still clean, the interior is intact, and the engine runs smoothly. You made a good deal. Don't be so concerned with the age of it because it will run as long as you take care of it.

on http://www.kbb.com they say a 1992 Honda Civic EX Sedan 4D in excellent condition with all the trimmings & 158,000 miles is worth $3,300 from a private party sale. I don't know much about your car, but since you do, you can go to that site, put in your info & they'll let you know if you got shafted or not.
