I have a 2007 civic, last month they crashed me, what are the options to change...
...it for another one? it wasn't much, only the front bumper, it is fixed already, like nothing happened, but the insurance got a report and also police, can I take it to the dealer and change it for another one, newer?

Sure. If you bought the car you will lose about 30 percent of the cost of the car being a 2007. Then you will pay for a new car. Full price. Once you drive a car off the lot it depreciates real fast.
Now if you are leasing it it is a whole different story, but then you did not tell us the conditions.
