I am trying toget a 2001honda civic lx with a rebuilt title and 124000
miles for 4800,? is this a good deal? the car looks to be be in pretty good shape, but i just wanna make sure that im not getting ripped off, the seller says there is nothing wrong with the car,and that its gud to go.wat measures can i take to be sure that the car is really in good condition? i dont have any mechanic i can take to inspect the car.
he says the rebuilt title is cos of a little damage from rear bumper, which has been replaced
