I filled up gas just last week, and just a couple days ago, my 2007 Civic just gulped up about 3 bars (gallons?) after going about 40 miles one way. I've always thought that the 2006/2007 Civics have like about 30 mpg city. Should I check whether my tires are properly inflated or not? I've been using my A/C on a regular basis (I don't turn it up on full blast on hot days).I only drive local road, no freeways yet.

I would try multiplying however many gallons the gas tank is by about 30mpg. So, say the gas tank is 25 gallons it would look like this:25 x 30= 750 miles ABOUT MPG is not always the same it is average.
