How do you distinguish 2007 + 2008 Honda Civic?

How do you distinguish 2007+2008 Honda Civic by appearance? If 2007 and 2008 cars park in front of you, how do you tell which one is 2007 & the other one 2008? And what else difference btw the 2, in terms of features/mechanic?
