How do I convert my '97 Honda Civic w/ Automatic transmission to "Manumatic"

How do I convert my '97 Honda Civic w/ Automatic transmission to "Manumatic"

or "Paddle Shifters"? I don't plan on buying a new car and I miss the feel having control over shifting. Can anyone help me out? I now it's relatively simple with only a software change and the paddles added to my steering wheel but I can't find anything online. Help is greatly appreciated.

of course not if so u know how much u r going to pay n changeu have to change the whole transmission n gear boxesden the clutches n lifting the whole engine outu wont be driving for weeks or months
