99 Honda Civic cranks but won't fire?
Civic EX with 1.6 SOHV V-Tech engin with 124K miles. I drove it home a couple nights ago, was running fine. Went to start the next day, and it will not do anything but crank over. I checked all the fuses I could find, and replaced the spark plugs that were pretty burned up and still nothing. Anyone have a suggestion?

I really dont think your timing belt snapped to be honest, If it snapped, it would have died WHILE you were driving it.
Remember, a car needs four things to start:
1. Air
2. Fuel
3. Spark
4. Compression.
I would see which one you are missing. Compression is probably the most difficult one to test, but you can buy a home compression checker for about $25.00, and its a great tool to have!
good luck,
