Check the transmission fluid, is it filled up too much? Too much transmission fluid can do this when the fluid expands due to heat. Take a look and make sure the fluid is neither too high nor to low, try doing it when the car is actually warm, but turned off (careful, some parts get super hot) I doubt your problem is caused by a speed sensor issue if it only happens when it is warm. Problems with the trans that only happen when the car is cold/warm usually have to do with the transmission fluid. Check the fluid is a reddish color also, and smell it, if it smells burnt, get it drained and refilled immediately. (Although if its burnt or dark in color - you probably have internal transmission problems)
If i were you, id spend $50 and get the transmission drained and refilled. If you do, make sure you only use genuine Honda ATF. Anything else may end up damaging your trans more over time.
