Engine will not start, starts if it is jumped started. When key is in the on position the main relay sometimes is making constant clicking noises. Also when driving after it is jump-started when I turned the heater on there seemed to be a drain of power and the engine light turned on. While driving the e-brake light also turned on and off.

It sounds like your battery that you have in the car is bad that explains why you have to jump start it every time. I had a 1986 Honda accord that was making noise on the main relay when the battery was almost dead and in my case the windows did not roll up or down due to low battery charge. Another thing might be your alternator so if you replace the battery with new one and its dead after couple of days than you need that replaced.
