Will 195/50R15 tires/rims work on my 2005 Civic Hybrid?

Hello All!

I just bought a 2005 Civic Hybrid with stock tires 185-70-14 tires/wheels. The tires need to be replaced due to wear and I found a good deal on craigslist for new Civic Si rims (15 inch) and brand new BF Goodrich G-Force tires 195/50R15. Will this work on my hybrid? They are both 4 lug, so it should fit, however, my main concern is any possible issues with the different size of the tires. I'm not knowledgeable with cars, so any advice would be a pick help.

Thanks a million!
