I posted this under another part of the forum but think I might get a reply by posting it here.

Hi there,
Two days ago I had my 2002 Honda Civic detailed. They cleaned all the inside etc. When I picked up my car the srs light came on and did not go off after my seatbelt was locked in place. The light stays on. How can this happed from just getting my car detailed? Is this a scam to get me to pay to have this fixed?

this is just my opinion but i think they jacked it or something. Or ya it might be a scam to have it fixed. Just my .02c.

water probably got into the sensor when cleaning i think the sensor is under the front seats somewhere

May they accidentally struck or hit the srs light...
