skunk2 vs JG edelbrock (intake manifolds)

Which intake manifold will give better results on a type R? Me and my cousin are having this discussion where as i really like skunk2 products and he is more into the edelbrock manifolds.. any input is appreciated.

i have heard some ppl use the blox manifold and it loses power over the oem type r one.

well from what ive read on some other sites the Skunk2 manifold gives off a whistle at about 1/3 throttle. Can anyone verify that?

^^ a slight whistle.. it roars thru mid to high range rpm tho (boosted)
