Need Emissions for 89 civic

Hello does anyone do emissions? I have an 89 civic and I'm not sure if it will pass so does anyone do them or know how i can tweak it so that it possibly passes? it has a D-series engine (ZC), everything else is stock. plz help

nothing illegal about methyl hydrate. it's just gas line antifreeze

you can play with timing aswell, but i would try methyl hydrate first.
If you want to see rough results try to get your hands on a gas anaylzer before dishing out money for tests.

passing etest

methyl hydrate also makes the car run hot, its like alchohol and posesses high combustion power

ya. if you adjust the timing on the distributor to make the car lag when you hit the gas, should also help make it pass

but don't do both that sounds like a formula for detonation and a melted motor

dose this really work as i am trying to pass my 91 civic si with a sohc zc
i have replaced the cat o2 sensor plugs oil and so on but can not get the co down everthing els passes

CO means it's running rich. or not firing properly on one or more of the cylinders
how much is it failing by? and is it at idle or asm?

1st time - CO% 1.02 @ 2100rpm --- 2.49 @ idle
2nd time .74 @ 2100 ---------1.79 @ idle
3rd time .65 @ 2100 rpm -------- 2.29@ idle

its firing in all 4 plugs so maybe to rich
thats the screw on the throtle body right
so do i back it out ??

yeah it's definitely running too rich, find a way to lean it out... how much room did it have on the NOx? if you lean it out too much it might fail NOx
