Check grounds
Check that the socket is getting signal
Check bulbs
Check power and see where you loose it (each side of a switch or relay)
Check Day time running light module
Right side - Red/blue High, Red/white low, black ground (module>resistor>red/blu)
Left side - Red/green, red/yellow, black ground (module>resistor>red/green)
You can probe all of these with a test light of a multi meter. I hope this helps and i am not totally sure the location of the relay, but should be near the corresponding fuse boxes or kick panels.

your welcome, what do you mean you soldered the relay? Did a prong break on the relay or did you crack open the relay and try and resolder a connection inside?
Anyways all the relay does is act as a remote switch. In your post you mentioned you checked the relay so i didn;t mention to check that in my post.
So what went wrong with it?

Check the DRL module which is behind the dash.(general area of the steering column.)
The PCB (Printed Circuit Board ) of the module usually has a failed soldered connection or an overheated broken copper trace.
The cover/casing of the module can be unclipped and removed to expose the PCB.
A heavy, proper re-soldering job usually will save you the expense of a new unit.

Check the power going into the module and then check power out, if there is now power out you know you have an internal problem with the module. I would investigate further and take into consideration what nsxvtec has said.
Did it happen to be the relay?

i went to the junk yard and got my self another relay which that did nothing. Still havint fixed it, going to do it this weekend and check all my powers and ground ect. thanks for the help
And for sawdering the relay, some of the sawdering "lets say welds" they losse their conductivity and you can see which ones they are by looking at it if their shiny their fine but if you see dull ones and look kinda rusted then your re sawder the connection just to make sure its working

You keep saying "Relay", but are we not talking about the Daytime Running Light Module? The DRLM is more than just a relay.
If the module is your problem, all the relay soldering and relay changes will do nothing to get the system back working. I have seen the module having the problem, on Civic as well as on Accords. On the PCB we have even soldered new wire in place of the etched copper lines that might have burned away.
Anyway, hope you get to the root cause.
