IHI rb5 turbos? What do you think?

Hey I was wondering what people think of IHI rb5 turbos. Someone is selling a whole kit for a b series. How do they perform? I am looking into small boost.

Hey buddy why not buy my turbo kit full greddy 18G kit with a precison fmic, fpr and a whole bunch of other stuff im throwing in.....$2000

I only ran 7 psi on this kit and the car was a beast!
