fan will only blow on high.? When the blower is on it will not blow cool air. The freon seems to be full. The fan will only work on high regardless if the a/c switch is off or on. It has the auto climate control system.

im betting your mid speed relays are fried.. have a mechanic check those out

if the compressor is cycling there is possibly a problem. it could be a high or low pressure problem. I.E. if the pressure in the system is too low or too high the compressor will shut off to protect itself. there could also be a restriction near the orifice tube or thermostatic expansion valve(which ever one your vehicle has) look for frost near the dryer or near the inlet of the evaporator. it is also a good idea if you have a set of manifold gauges to see what your pressures are doing. as far as the blower motor it could be a bad fan speed switch, relay, or resistor block for your blower speed.
