Can a B18A crank work in a B16 block?
if not, can a B18C crank work?

yes, yes and yes , i remeber a websie where you could select head, piston,rod, crank and others to establish throw, compression, and other things. I am sure someone will post the website, but i can;t recall what it was on hand.
