91 civic VSS wiring

91 civic VSS wiring
Anyone know where the 3 wires from the VSS go on a B16a swap? One goes to B16 pin on the ECU and one to the cluster (SIR) from the ECU but that's all i can find out. Black i can only assume is ground. thanks for any help.
