05' Civic 33K miles. clicking noise when changing gears down.?

I have no idea what this noise is. I have manual transmission. Seems like from gearbox or (from the right side but not from wheel). The clicks can be heard when you change the loading of gearbox (when goes from 2nd to 1st gear). I don;t think the Honda dealer would suggest something on this . They will always say that it should be like that until something really goes wrong. So, what would you suggest on this.P.S. The car is still on warranty (before 36K miles)
