Comes from original owner that did regular suggested maintenance. Inside is immaculate and runs very smooth and quiet. How much longer will this car last without any major issues?

It really all depends upon the continued maintenance, and how the car is driven. If handled with "kid gloves' it would probably last considerably longer, but with one of todays youthful drivers, probably less than a year!

I called Honda of Stevens Creek, they have been great to me and my little car. I have owned 3 Honda's, they are fantastic vehicles, there is no mechanical problems, ever.
Unless, someone has abused the car by "lead footing" it.
Or just treating the car badly during the "break in period." Anyway, I just called Honda, said they are really busy with customers right now, (people drop their cars off in the a.m. for tune-ups.) I'll call them back in about an hour, and let you know.
When I was looking at them a month ago, (my friend was interested in a used Accord also.) The salesperson told me 250,000 is what can be expected. However, I want to get one more opinion. I will talk to the service manager, he is very knowledgable, and like I said they have taken "EXCELLENT" care of all of my Honda's.
Later, Niki p.s. Was the car Garaged or left outside?
That also effects the longevity of any vehicle, because of temperature fluctuations, the parts wear out quicker. Also, stuff starts squeaking early on, like hoods, doors, etc.
One more thing, go to AAA or a mechanic you trust, and ask him to do a "diagnostic" on the car, that way you will know FOR SURE, what problems the car has now, or could have in the future. This is what I do regarding used vehicles. It is well worth the money.
