I know that in a '91 honda accord LX wagon it should be in the passenger footwell. Pull up the carpet, and there should be a sheetmetal shield that goes over the Engine computer and Transmission computer. There should be 10mm bolts that hold it in place. Im not sure if it would be in the same place for you or not. Good luck though.
