Owner has all records - oil changed regularly etc - highway miles commuting 70 miles each way a day - very clean inside
KBB is $5600 with that many miles

With over 200,000 miles on any car, you have to start questioning how the car has been cared for, what parts have been replaced, etc.
$3700 is a LOT for a car with 200,000+ miles to it, even if it is a Honda. I would be skeptical - do a full vehicle check and talk to the owner.
Start it, drive it around. I suggest following my source for more tips.

Check the service records and for repairs. If the motor is solid with no smoke, and the tail pipe is gray, good tires, interior ok, every thing works and is taged and inspected, you might give that for it. Try for $3000.00 cash Good luck.
