Replacing Heater Core(92 Accord)?
#2
Haynes makes it easy if you have basic knowledge of cars. It should take no more than 2 hours and 3.5 with no knowledge at all.
Tips Have a towel in the cabin with you for when you pull it out. If you want you can take both hoses loose leaving them attached to the core and blow it out to empty it (to prevent a big mess) When putting back in you want to purge it so you need a funnel. Attach both hoses back to the core and one to the system. With the free hose pour it full of coolant this saves it from becoming vapor locked. hope this helps
