A couple weeks ago i pulled up to far on a parking spot.. the ones that have the concrete block thing... and now when i turn my wheel it makes a clicking noise in the front right wheel well? does anyone know what this could be? and is it safe to drive until i can get it fixed?

bad CV joint..may not b related to your "accident" look for broken plastic air damn or other loose/broken parts before repair

i had a 99 civic that also had that clicking noise, the car would also bounce all over the place randomly. It was the CV joint that went on the civic.

it is your CV. You can drive it no problem but if the joint goes bad you will be stuck and need a tow. I would get it fixed in the next 45-60 days.
