Adding a turbo/super charging greatly improves the performance of your car. However, as with any other car, great lengths of research should be taken to make sure a large increase of horsepower (in this case 140HP!) doesn't negatively affect/compromise the car itself. Car manufactures limit the horsepower based on the structural integrity of the car and not because they want it to be slower. They do this so everything is "balanced". For example, you may come across a vehicle that is a base model that has 160hp and another model at 260. Most of the time, the manufacture not only increase the horsepower but also add further improvements to the chassis/body to handle that power increase. Ofcourse, they also tune every other thing to make sure everything else works with the power increase.

In your case, not only should you worry about your transmission but you also need to find out if your vehicle's chassis/body won't flex under extreme loads. Other things a turbo charger can affect is your cooling system so make sure whether or not you need an upgraded cooling system. You should visit a Honda Accord forum as many people there modify their cars. As a beginner tip, If you plan on adding a turbo charger, you should reinforce your body by adding aftermarket strut bars to the front and rear of the vehicle which would help reduce the amount of flex on your vehicle's chassis.
