Looks good.
But I dont like buying any car that has run N20 that I cannot drive beforehand.
Not to mention this little legal snippet at the bottom bothers me.
"This is a relist - Previous Auction winner and myself mutually withdrew the sale. This vehicle is being sold as is, with no warranty, expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle."

I honestly think he just put that there to keep himself safe. With buyer's on eBay you never know who you're going to get so you have to be clear on it. That's always the way it is when you buy a used car though.
Sorry Justin but I just don't care for it. I don't know why it just doesn't appeal to me other than the 383ci LT1.

It just makes me uneasy is all. With a car running that much horsepower and spraying... you never know whats wrong with it, what noises hes not mentioning, how much juice he ran until he changed the jets... etc.
Now, if I could say "Hey, i'll give you 5 grand down-payment, and let me drive it for a week and see how she goes..."

Nice car- I like the clean look to it. The motor from LPE is worth some money, not necessarily because its LPE, but because you know that it was done right. LPE is typically overpriced I think, but the work and parts are quality.
I would say the car is def. worth the 12 grand he wants for it- obviously assuming there is nothing catastrophic wrong with it. Keep in mind though- you are going to find out how much a new rear-end costs real quick should it ever hook up with that much power ahead of it.
