A company called Radco has a neat way of fixing aluminum with their power forcing process. Basically small bits (powder) are forced through a gun and applied to a peice which can fill a void or repair anything. Not meant for cast peices , but would be good for repairing other metals. I am not sure if they do just aluminum or not. I will try and find the company website. Check it out!
