Scary....almost lost my baby :(
Well, I was on my way tonight to my indoor soccer game. Just going along on the highway...in the right lane was a pickup with a bunch of wood in the back of it. Well they wernt realyl driving safe either constantly moving around and not staying straight etc...they were mexicans...nuff said (sry if that was wrong) But yea a big *** section of wood comes flying out into my lane. I had no way to avoid it and my car just flys over it and bangs so loud and I kid u not the car came up pretty high. Just about lost control and struggled to get it back into control. Was real scary was soo dam close to flying into the ditch on my left or another car on the right...yea scary.

....I'm glad you're alright. You say your car flew up? Was that because you ran over it? Did anything happen to your Ride, or was it just loud from hitting the under side of your car?

That sucks man! I had 1 close call.. I was comin out of work and it was rainy.. I have to cross traffic to get out and barely touched the gas and my car spun out towards the oncomin cars.. So I turn the steering wheel back the other way and my car flys towards the curb then I turn back again the other way and it starts to straighten out.. Holy **** that scared the **** out of me..

i hate that ****. its rediculous. people are stupid lazy s and thats what almost killls people. im glad to hear your fine and everything should be cool with your car.
another story that happened just last weekend. my dad and i were driving to my sisters school to bring back some of her crap, driving 75MPH in the left lane and all of a sudden we look up and see somethign in mid air and in a split second it smashes into the windshield. busts the whole passenger side windshield. it was a peice of aluminum or something off a car carrier. scared the crap out of us. luckily it hit the longway instead of stabbing through the windshield in which case i would have prolly been serisouyl injured or dead. my dad didnt do anything though cause he figured what was the truck driver gonna do, just say it wasnt him and it woulda been a waste of time so we kept going and said **** it, then he got insurance to cover it pretty much. but i hate stupid crap like that, that happens when it didnt have to. if people did their job it would be a lot less inconveniencing world and a lot safer.

glad u 2 are okay.... Last fall i had a simular incident I was driving down town threw all the construction when a huge rock shot up and i seen it comming so i floored it to avoid the thing smashing my hood or whinshield. and i looked in my rearview mirror and it hit the ground and bounced up and hit the car behind me right in the center for the grill.

yea that would suck. when my dads truck got hit we were both pretty pissed and shaken up but very happy that it somehow managed to hit perfectly on the windshield and NOTHING else. didnt touch the hood, the roof or his big *** toneau cover. it really was amazing. i ran over some douchbags plastic bag one time in my camaro and i was pissed about that and nothing happened. i hate people who do stupid things.

glad to hear you're ok..but not to be an *** or anything, but I think your age shows a little bit here...If I was on the highway and there was a truck with a load that wasn't safe at all on it I would be sure to either far enough back to avoid anything that fell off or get around them as quickly and safely as you could.
