Yes, 16 PSI, on a FWD,SR20, gutted sentra w/drag radials sounds about right. don't forget that just because one car runs 12.0 in the quarter mile with slicks, and full drag suspension, it may take a car with twice the power to run a 12.0 on street tires and stock suspension. this race is from a roll. Look at an sti for example. take away it's AWD advantag out of the hole, and it is no longer a 13.4 car. it is more like an srt4, running a 14. (no need to pick this comparison apart. just an example) That camaro that he's talking about may be a stock camaro on slicks that ran a 12.0 at the track. Iknow of several LS1s that run low,low 12s with slicks, and minor bolt ons, but still only trap in the mid teens. this sentra, or any turbo car is almost always faster on the top end. slow out of the hole, but the top end they shine. that is why a supra is the ULTIMATE highway car. take my ohh so precious(not mine mine=5.7L) 5 liter mustang that gets whooped by LSx cars on the street. now take those same 2 cars and put slicks, gears and suspension on the mustang and drop the hammer on a well prepped 1/8 track, and the mustang will win. that does not mean it's the faster car. this is what i believe the scenario is in this case, only the camaro is the slower car this time. take the trap speed he's talking about(12xmph) and he's hoping for 11s. That is my point.
