raise or lower fuel pressure in the winter??
just wondering if i should touch my fuel pressure now that the weather is getting colder. im runnin a b18c wit h160 at the wheels.. also if anyone knows i got the car tuned at t he dyno but then 2 weeks later i checked my plugs and they were pretty much shot so i replced them with ngk iridium and im left wondering now how that afffects the whole fuel pressure thing once again?? any help is appreciate!

First off... you said the car was tuned at the dyno? im guessing piggy back or handata, any engine managment system that runs off an o2 sensor will increase the amount of fuel according to the a/f ratio.. now if the system runs off the map sensor and doesn't pay attention to the o2 for fuel, then it might be an idea to add a bit a fuel with the lower temps and denser air molecules. my guess is that its fine, if your running iridium plugs then you cant be making a large amount of power where a slight lean mixture would matter, since we all know that copper is a much better condutor then iriduim, the point of iriduim or platinum is to make the plug last longer. id recommend that unless your running a serious hp car, in which case there shouldn't be iridium in there, just drive it and all should be well

Unless you add air, eg. Nitrous or turbo, DON'T TOUCH THE FUEL PRESSURE!!! It'll damage sensors, the cat, and seriously throw your fuel mileage out the window. The only time to up fuel pressure is when you add more air.

honda's run best off stock fuel pressure...42psi i believe. No need to go messin around with it.
And i strongly agree with tmac loose the iridiums and get some cheap a$$ copper cores....i love my ngk v-power....as cheap as they come. Like $7 for two from crappy tire.
