Problem with turn signal

I have a 1994 Geo Tracker (2 wheel drive manual edition) that kicks ***!! Anyway my tracker has a small problem with the turn signal.

THe turn signals work, but when I make a right turn the turn signal doesn't turn off by itself. Anyone know if there a way to fix this without replacing the turn signal arm or do I pretty much have to get a new one and replace the old one? Anyway, where can i find replacement for this over the internet?
